What we 'think' and what we 'believe' are the two main things that decide whether we will succeed or not in our projects in life. Our unconscious mind is responsible for all sorts of illusions. Our is to blame for the phenomenon of the placebo effect (a sugar pill effect). When we believe that a certain procedure or medication is effective, we increase the efficacy of that procedure or medication by 50- 60%.

Often, our behaviour is shaped by subtle pressures around us, but we do not recognize those pressures.  According to ‘Self-perception theory’ people decide on their own likes and dislikes from watching themselves behave in various situations. We assume our sense of identity from observing our own behaviour.

She combines the highest spiritual with the lowest material qualitiesLove materialised on Earth.  She is born in water, from mud, and she bears the lotus.  Her mystical mantra is: ‘Love is the law, but Love controlled by Will’.

The essence of this wonderful feeling, this joyful state of being is that openess to Love can and must be trained! To choose Happiness as the way of Life, one needs to train . The  that choses the path of developing virtues becomes intoxicated with good qualities, and it starts fully and deeply loving and trusting, living within this space of openness, living within the space of Being Love.

Paying respect to the elements daily connect with Air BREATHING. There are so many Yoga and Chi Gong exercises that help us learn the magic of breathing.

Connecting with AIR meditating, expanding, connecting with Fire giving respect to Sun, doing Sun Salutation, receiving the blessings at dawn or during sun-sets, connecting with Earth walking bare-foot , meditating with Crystals or paying respect to Gaia cultivating crops are all tools that help us EXPAND.

I stopped to listen to the magic of Water allowing BLUE to teach me expansion. Meditating next to the Sea, or river, or lake, becoming One with Nature, I became One with All.
