Delicious recipes: Raw Vegan Kale
Tasty Vegan Raw Kale Crisps
A curly leafed variety of cabbage called Kale is available even during the winter months. When baked or dehydrated, kale takes on a consistency similar to that of potato chips.
Clean the dark green leafs removing the middle part from the leaf. For better results, marinate leafs throughout the night in coldly pressed virgin olive oil.
Ingredients for this delicious and healthy raw sauce:
- One courgette,
- 1 cup of freshly ground linseed,
- 1 cup of sunflower seeds (soaked in water over the night),
- a bit of himalian sault,
- if you like it hot add to the mixture a chilly peper
Preparation of this easy and healthy raw recipe:
Mix the ingrediants in a blander with some water until the cream has a perfect consistency. Cover the leafs of Kale with the prepared cream mixture and place it within the dehydrator for 6-8 hours.
